Can I reserve a room directly to the hotel?
The special rate offered and published by Lombokvillas.net is only applied if booking is made through our company. If booking is made directly to the villa,
 the rate is absolutely significantly higher than ours.

When will my booking be confirmed?
You will be notified via e-mail about your booking status or room availability within no more than 24 hours.

Is the villa rate quoted per villa or per person?
All of villas rooms are quoted on per bedrooms basis, either for solo or couple.

What does it cost me to use your service?
We do not charge you for using our service. The published rate of listed villas is the only amount that you pay and it includes their relevant services
and local taxes.

When do I have to pay for my reservation?
You will be sent the INVOICE by Lombok Online Ltd upon your villa confirm by us and after payment paid through our Company's or Paypal account, our staff will be issued your Villa's Voucher that you migt show on your arrival or check in and also the receipt.

How to cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking, please do one of the following:
    * Cancel by sending us an e-mail and state clearly that you want to cancel your booking
    * Please specify your booking reference, villa name, room type, villa location and other detail we might need for identifier

What is your cancellation policy?
Lombok Online Ltd does not charge for cancellation fee for a booking that has not yet been confirmed. However, if your booking has been confirmed, you are subject to the cancellation policies described below, which is applicable to all bookings unless the villas you booked specify other terms and conditions. We will notify you by e-mail on cancellation policies other than stated here, whenever occur.

Here is our cancellation policy and fees that pursues:
If the cancellation is made;
    * +21 days before designated date of arrival, no cancellation fee is applicable.
    * 21 - 14 days prior to date of arrival, a 15% administration charge is applicable.
    * 13 - 7 days prior to date of arrival, a 50% charge is applicable.
    * 6 -0 days prior to date of arrival, a one-night room rate is charged and a 15% administration fee for every refunded night is applicable.
